I am based in Edmonton, Alberta. I completed a Master of Information Technology at UNSW Sydney in September 2026, following a BSc in Computing Science with a Mathematics minor at the University of Alberta. I hold ISTQB CTFL and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certifications.
My experience connects software quality with user support. During my software testing internship, I ran requirement-based manual checks and recorded reproducible defects in Jira. At Luxtronic in Sydney, I helped clients with Windows and Office setup, password resets, remote troubleshooting, and hardware diagnostics while completing my master's degree.
As Project Owner and Developer for OpenET 2, I clarified client requirements, led implementation and QA, built Power BI reports, and delivered demonstrations and troubleshooting guides. My Movie REST API and SafeguardAI projects add API regression and web/data testing experience.
I also built a C# speech transcription and knowledge assistant, combining a Windows desktop interface, local document retrieval, and asynchronous communication. Across these projects, I care about making failures reproducible and explanations useful to the next person.
